About the Course
This Vinyasa program is designed to give you a foundation in the eight limbs of yoga and exposure to several types of asana in order to develop your own personal style. These will include Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, Yin, Resorative, Power, and Advanced Poses. This program is heavy on the anatomy to give you a functional understanding of body mechanics so that you can apply your teaching in a safe and therapeutic way. You will practice teaching modifications for all levels of practice, as well as special populations
